I love this shot it was outside in the back yard. Really shows that little guys details.

This piece was really small the page was around 4 x 5 but I did this in a small section.

This is one of my gel pen pieces from my little black sketbook.
It's originally about 2 and a half inches by 3 and a half I think.

This is one of my favorite flower pictures. I can't remember if I took it in
the bahamas or the zoo though...hmm

I have been really getting into scrapbooking. I always loved it. I just didn't have the fun /sometimes expensive things to go along with it.

I have been trying to make more of my own things. Finding quotes and such printing them out of either photo paper or transparent papers.

It has some nice quotes and some neat word art. Not a ton but quite a few.

Another great day with my daughter

She was so funny today. She actually slept in. Which is unusual. We got up and I gave her a bath. She was so happy and energetic. She stood up in the tub and when I went to sit her down she bumped into the soap thing..ugh.

She went down for a nap at about 2:30 which was because of sleeping in longer than normal. She didn't sleep. I got her up and then she went down about an hour later. She was so tired. She only slept about an hour though. Before the second attempt at a nap I was on the floor playing with her. It was so funny she would pull me and I'd go the way she'd pulled and if she pushed I'd go that way. She was gigling sooo hard it, it was so hilarious.

Then she got up and was starving so I got her food. Took her out on the back porch since it's been pouring rain. She wanted to go out so bad and play. I went out and got her little plastic house thingy.

She has her chalk out there and played with it really good..though finally I saw her stick it in her mouth. I said no no. time to go in.. she cried and through a bit of a fit over it. But then came in.
I got her diaper and her soothing gel stuff..and got her into her jammies. Then Clifford the big red dog came on and they were playing music. She was waving her hands in the air and jumping up and down. So I was dancing with her matching what she was doing.. she was just gigling and having so much fun.
She got tired and we sat on the couch.. she was on the arm and on my lap...she actually sat still .. I said if your tired you can go to bed when you want. She's so little it's so amazing when she does stuff like this.. she jumped up and headed towards her room. I knew she was tired cause she was yawning and zoning out.

open diary is down

I had found the google blog site before last time od went down. I hadn't been to in much I guess. But I really do need to keep an alternative for od.

New blog old diary

I installed picasa2 and it led me to this blog site.

I've had a diary on open diary for years. I really enjoy it.


I want to post more.
I'll see how having two spots for journaling work out.
